Frequently asked questions about pricing
The Free plan provides access to Chainabit’s core workspace, Chao, and the features offered on the free plan within current usage limits. Available features and limits may be updated over time. Promotional credits, campaigns, and other offers are subject to their announced terms.
Welcome credits may be allocated to new users to explore Chainabit. Additionally, you can earn extra credits when you actively use the platform and log in on new days. Allocated credit amounts, terms of use, validity periods, and campaign structures are determined by Chainabit and may be changed over time. You can track your current credit balance and any validity conditions in Billing.
Credits are non-cash usage units used to measure eligible AI usage within Chainabit. Credit consumption may vary depending on the model used, the scope of the operation, the amount of content or tokens processed, and the feature utilized. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash, withdrawn as money, or transferred to another account unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Changing plans does not automatically delete your current wallet balance. Purchased or allocated credits may be held in different credit lots, and each lot may have its own validity period or terms of use. You can check your current balance, credit types, and any expiration dates in Billing.
In team workspaces, users are added on a per-seat basis and can collaborate on eligible projects, AI agents, connectors, and other shared resources within the same workspace. The number of available seats, features, and usage limits vary depending on the selected plan and are displayed in the plan details.
Enterprise solutions can be configured based on advanced user and role management, role-based AI agents, security and monitoring controls, usage reporting, support options, custom integrations, and organization-specific deployment requirements. You can contact us to evaluate your technical requirements, scope of use, and commercial terms together.
You can manage or cancel your subscription depending on your purchase channel. Purchases made via the web are managed through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal, purchases via the App Store through Apple subscription settings, and purchases via Google Play through Google Play subscription settings. For enterprise licenses and custom agreements, the cancellation and renewal terms of the respective contract apply. Cancellation generally stops the next renewal; existing access period, refund conditions, and other rights may vary based on purchase channel, contract terms, and applicable law.
Supported currencies and payment methods may vary based on your purchase channel and location. For web payments, available options are displayed on the checkout page. App Store purchases are processed through Apple’s billing system, and Google Play purchases through Google’s billing system. Enterprise licenses and custom agreements are subject to the payment terms specified in their contract. You can access your invoices and payment history through the relevant portal of your purchase channel.
